Tec 001 Technical Diving Fundamentals

Technical

IVS's Entry-Level Technical Foundations training program is designed to introduce the recreational diver to the world of technical diving. The primary focus of this program is to develop the personal skills, and mindset, required for self-reliant and technical diving of any level. Introduction of technical gear set-ups, redundancy options, team concepts, dive planning, buoyancy control, and personal dive skills are reviewed and practiced.
This foundation course is a requirement for continuing technical diving education at IVS. The next step is Tec 100 - Introduction to Technical Diving. Another option is to continue your training in a Rebreather program. It also serves as a great knowledge and skills builder for anyone considering moving forward at some point into the professional realm.
